For orders being transported through a third-party courier service, rest assured that you will receive a tracking number to monitor the journey of your rug until it reaches your doorstep.

What if I miss the delivery?
If you do miss the first delivery attempt from our third-party couriers, they will leave a card through your door giving you the ability to re-arrange the delivery on a day that suits you.
Can my order be left with a neighbour?
Yes, we understand the importance of a seamless delivery experience. Please note that our delivery team may attempt delivery to a neighbour if you are unavailable to receive your order, as outlined in our website terms. Should you prefer not to have your order left with a neighbor, we kindly ask you to get in touch with us via email or phone before we dispatch your order. Your preferences are important to us, and we will make sure your delivery instructions are followed diligently.
Can my rug(s) be left in my porch, shed, garage etc?
Our couriers do require that you sign for your order upon delivery. We can only leave your rug without a signature if you email us stating that you will take full responsibility should the goods go missing or become damaged as a result of being left without a signature.
