If your custom or bespoke rug is defective, then please contact us and a member of our team will arrange to visit and inspect the rug. If the rug is found to be defective, you will be offered a replacement free of charge or a refund.

For security purposes, refunds on defective rugs are issued only to the original payment method utilized for placing the order. Upon receipt of the item at our end, the refund process usually takes between 3-5 working days for the funds to be processed and reflected in your account.
